Oakley Prell
Oakley founded The Early Career Agency to give students and emerging professionals someone on their side.
In college, he completed four internships, managed two design projects, published research, and taught two engineering courses. He learned that career momentum comes from building experience and knowing how to show its value.
Now he brings that approach to one-to-one support: finding opportunities, strengthening your profile, and preparing for interviews and decisions.
